I had a play with DDO this weekend and really liked it. I'll be getting a copy for Xmas so should be on after that. If I can transfer the character I built up, he'll be a CN male elf called Pickus Lockus :)

If you tried the trial and work up a character and then have buy the game you can upgrade your trial to full version and keep on playing it...

Bah. The product key on the copy I received is invalid. Blast it! How do I get a new subscription key?

Product key invalid? So you got sent a used boxed set instead of a new one? The product key has to be unique for every new account set up, so unless Codemasters are allowing people to buy accounts direct these days (which they certainly didnt do when I played) you're gonna need to get a boxed game from a proper retailer.

The copy I got was sealed with a security seal, in a box, brand new from Amazon...they are asking me to send a photo of the Product Code from the box. Grr

OK I'm in. They accepted my photos of the box, the seal and the product code. I'm on Keeper server, level 2 CN Elf male named Pitkin Lawks. Look me up sometime :)

BTW I sent feedback to the Codemasters helpdesk praising their swift response and excellent service :)

Yes they do, but u need to download the EU version of the game...
