well i finally got on here after the gremlins were evicted only to find the Recruitment forums completely gone. are you going to rebuild/recreate them soon or are they in some obscure area that does not show up when you do a search of the forums? any who, I am wanting to put in (again) an application for the monday 0400-0700 GMT time slot. if i am correct that would be from 1200-0300 EDT sunday night/ monday morning. i have all the required hardware, however i am having to redo the SAM4 software because when i tried to change dBase programs from MSsql that it comes with to the MYsql option, things stopped working. i hope to have this issue fixed by next weekend. if you could please forward this to one of the Recruitment personal. i am located in Indiana USA, been on eve-online since AUG of 06, have an alt already created for DJing on eve named DJ Gunner, and repeated tests for network speed show a stable connection at or above the required amount when i test it to almost everywhere (some 3rd world countries have a really slow connection) The main reason i want to DJ for eve radio is cause i have seen and heard ppl say that it seems like alot of the DJs play the same music as eachother, and i feel that i can shake things up a bit, and introduce some new, if however different, sounds. my collection included the normal stuff like classic rock, techno and the like, but also incldes polka, opera, and some talk radio mixes by a local big time radio station (these mixes they released on CD format back in the late 90's) I do know that not everyone will find what i have to be in their taste, however they will find it very different and new. and if you are worried that i wont have enough of the "normal" or "regular" music to cover a show with, i currently have over 4000 songs, and plan on doubling that number within the next couple months once i get a real feel for what the listeners want to hear. thank you for taking the time to read this app and hope to hear from you soon.

As part of the revamp that GRN is undergoing, along with the launch of new stations, we are centralising our recruitment department. We will be launching a new website devoted to recruitment for all vacancies within GRN in the very near future, and information on this will be published in the news forum when it goes live.

I hope this answers your query.
