Members of Flying Lab Software's ArtCo, ConCo and CommuniCo departments have reviewed the submissions for this round (http://www.flyinglab.com/forums/showthread.php?t=20391) of the Pirates of the Burning Sea Wicked 2D Design Contest and the winners have been selected!
This time around we asked for your wicked designs for both Los Lodrones and the Sons of Cortez, two NPC pirate gangs from the Spanish Main. We are pleased to announce that we've chosen Viper244's submission of this design (http://www.flyinglab.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=6386&d=1175023488) for Los Lodrones and Emswand for this design (http://www.flyinglab.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=6462&d=1175107266) for the Sons of Cortez!
But wait, that's not all! Emswand gets a special nod for their contribution of this design (http://www.flyinglab.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=6539&d=1175194735). While this flag and sail was originally submitted for Los Ladrones, we all felt like the imagery worked perfectly as a representation of the Mayans in Pirates of the Burning Sea!
