Caught the tail end of the show today ... the epic cruiser battle. Enjoyed what I heard and I want more!

I believe someone was there frapsing, though I'm not sure if they were there for the full 2 hours of battles. I do of course have the entire broadcast recorded, but the file will be positively huge.

The best delivery of the tourney would of course be the broadcast dubbed over the FRAPS video, however if we're not able to find that, I'll talk to MrBlades about making the tourney recording available through our on-demand service if enough people really want to be able to listen to it. So far this is the only request.

When we do another of these in the future, it will be far better planned out and sufficiently hyped up. Caff will most likely be involved as well and has informed us that he can record the audio and the game footage simultaniously.

The short of it is this: we just tossed that thing together on a whim and had no idea it was going to go off as well as it did. I thought we were gonna get 5 or 6 pilots and that would be the end of it, but instead we got 13 pilots, and about 50 people showed up just to watch it live and this was with only a 1 hour notice! Now that we're fully aware that there is a demand for such a tourney, we're going to do another one, and this time it'll be done properly.
